The event is on Sunday 30th November starting at 6.30am until 3.30pm.
There will be food trucks, a coffee cart and lots of activities to keep the riders and their supporters entertained on the day.
It's $5,000 registration per team which will be invoiced by AEIOU Foundation once the team has been set up.
Each rider will receive a team cycling jersey that is personalised for their team and includes their team sponsors. They will also receive Hutchies branded cycling socks.
Riders can wear their own knicks or cycling shorts, gloves and helmet.
Each team will ride 250km on the day around the Nundah Crit track. The team can elect how many kms the riders have to ride however there must be a minimum of two riders from each team on the track at any time.
Each team is asked to fundraising a minium $15,000 to support the AEIOU Foundation and Icon Cancer Foundation.
The funds raised will be shared by AEIOU Foundation and ICON Foundation to support their missions. Both Foundations have been directly supported by Hutchinson and Icon Cancer Centre for the past 9 years.
AEIOU Foundation helps children diagnosed with autism live their best lives. It is a not-for-proft organisation dedicated to providing life-changing early intervention for children with autism, aged 2 - 6 years.
Icon Cancer Foundation funds innovative cancer research and clinical trials offering hope to patients living with cancer now.
Yes, it is recommended that only road bikes are used by riders during the event. These bikes are more suited to riding on the track where there are others riders close by.
All riders must hold appropriate cycling insurance (e.g. AusCycling, Bicycle Queensland, Bicycle Network)
All riders must complete the rider registration form and provide information about any medical conditions, emergency contact and that they agree to the indeminity conditions.
